Original Landscape Concepts brings together decades of landscape design-build experience, formal design education, and close collaboration with trusted professional partners. Mike Dickerson has worked in the landscape design-build industry since 1980. Over more than four decades, Mike has developed a long history of estate project planning, landscape development, and high-end outdoor environments across Preston Hollow , Highland Park , Lakewood , University Park , and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area, working closely with internal crews, outside consultants, specialty trades, and design professionals to bring complex projects from concept through completion.

Our design process is further supported by David Hunchik, who holds a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Toronto and brings formal design training to site planning, planting design, hardscape layout, outdoor living concepts, and construction coordination.

As a design-build firm, Original Landscape Concepts leads each project as the design and project-management team, developing the overall vision, coordinating the design disciplines, managing budgets and schedules, and overseeing…
